Before booking your stay with us, we kindly encourage all our guests to review our policies page. This ensures a clear understanding of our guidelines, which are designed to guarantee a safe, enjoyable, and respectful environment for everyone at our RV park. Your cooperation helps us maintain the quality of your experience.
The terms, conditions, and park rules are set in place for the safety and security of all our guests and staff. Any violation of these rules may result in immediate ejection from the park and apply to all tenants and guest of The Camp RV Park
Guests with a confirmed reservation will receive their door codes and arrival information delivered to the email address used to book a reservation.
The Camp has a posted speed limit of 5 MPH for guest and their visitors.
A 1-night stay is required seasonal exceptions may apply. With a max stay of 45 days per reservation.
The Camp except Visa, Mastercard, American express, and Discover Card. All reservations for The Camp are to be made online through our webpage or booking partners. All reservations require a payment at the time of booking to hold guests chosen dates. Our reservation software is set as a default to charge the remaining balance due on a booked reservation 7 days before arrival.
The Camp is published on multiple booking sites and as such follows the cancelation policy that is posted on each of those sites. If a booking is completed on The Camp webpage the following is the cancellation policy...
Cancellations completed prior to 7 days to arrival date, will receive a full refund. Reservations not canceled within 7 days of arrival will be subject to a fee equivalent to one night’s stay plus tax. We Charge the one-night stay to the card on file that was used to book your stay. No-shows and late arrivals will be charged the full nightly rate plus lodging tax for the first night.
• RV Pads Guest Check-in starts at 1:00 pm on the date of arrival.
Guest Check-out is to be completed by 11:00 am on the date of departure
The Camp limits to Van / Small Trailers and RV’s to 2013 or newer. Any RV that is older will need written management approval before they will be allowed to stay. Please call, email, or text a photo of your RV and request for management to review your RV should you RV be older than 2013. Management reserves the right to move you to another space if needed at no cost to the park.
• The Camp does not permit any pop-up tent trailers
• Deteriorated or inoperable RV’s are not allowed in the park.
• No RV’s requiring repairing, maintenance or oil changing allowed on site.
• No let or sublet of spaces allowed.
• Storage of items underneath or anywhere outside of your RV is disallowed.
Each of the Van / Small Trailers and RV Pads have city water, sewer, and 30-50 AMP power, as well as access to our high-speed internet. Guests will also have access to on site restrooms, showers, washers and dryers. Quite hours are from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am and no visitors after 11:00 pm, unless they are registered with the office. Unidentified vehicles will be towed away at owner’s expense. There is limited free curbside parking located outside The Camp premises. The Camp does not allow for any open burning of wood, gas/charcoal smokers, or fire pits except for the supplied common area equipment.
The Camp does not allow skirting of a coach without management written approval and no installing clothes lines or running a generator (except for emergencies per manager) allowed within the park. Please keep your site clean and leave it as you found it. Please place trash in trash area only.
All sites are back in only. Do note this RV Park was originally built back in 1950. As such each site was built perpendicular of the drive lane. Please be aware to your own ability to back in a trailer as some of our pads can be difficult for those new to backing up a trailer. Size’s range from 51 feet deep to as little as 20 feet deep. Each pad individual size information can be found under description. Please review this information prior to booking your reservation.
Guests staying on RV Pads can detach their vehicle and park in front of their parked trailer. Guests staying in a Van / Small RV pads will not have the option to park adjacent to their space as there is just not enough space to allow vehicles to pass. The Camp has 28 pads available to rent via our webpage or by phone.
Responsibility:
• Tenant hereby assumes all risk of damage to any and all personal property of The Camp, 3rd party property owners and Tenant, including structures, landscaping, household furniture, goods during such use and occupancy.
• Tenant hereby assumes any and all risks associated with the foregoing and agrees to hold The Camp and 3rd party property owners harmless from and indemnify The Camp and 3rd party property owners against the same.
Uses:
• It is agreed that the Premises shall be used for residential purposes, no animals and for no other purpose whatsoever.
• Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises, or occupancy thereof.
• Tenant further agrees that no use shall be made of the Premises, or act done which will increase the existing rate of insurance upon the Premises, or will cause a cancellation of any insurance policy covering the Premises.
• No Camping Onsite – The Camp is classified as an RV park and as such no pitching of tents, easy ups, pop-up shades are allowed on the property or in the parking lot.
• No guests or visitors may wash dishes, utensils, or laundry in the provided restrooms.
• Please place all garbage in designated garbage area. Only household garbage, no large items (furniture, construction material, mattress, etc.) otherwise the cost of removing the large item will be charged to a guests account.
• Please be courteous of the other guests and use only roadways and access paths. Walking or biking through other campsites is prohibited.
• The Camp offers a laundry facility for your use. Please do not wash pet beds or rugs in the washer machines.
• No climbing on or up trees, fences, The Camp structures, or provided furniture in the common area by guests or their visitors.
• No pounding of nails, screws, or other equipment to any fence, structure, or tree.
All of the parks owned trailers, rentals and bathroom laundry trailers, at The Camp are smoke-fee. The NonSmoking policy also refers to cigarettes, cigars, cannabis, e-cigarettes, and burning candles or incenses. Anyone identified as smoking in one of the structures will be charged a $350.00 fee for ionization for smoking.
There is limited space for parking at The Camp for additional vehicles. Each space is allowed only one additional vehicle with their stay. We allow customers to purchase space on a first come first served basis for $20.00 per night. Parking is assigned by the office and guests must park in their assigned space as well as display the provided parking pass from the office.
DO NOT PARK IN SITES OTHER THAN YOUR OWN.
No guest is allowed to wash any vehicle or recreational vehicle at The Camp.
All stays are subject to applicable local and state taxes.
Due to the nature and age of the trailer park being built in 1950 it is not built to ADA standards.
The Camp welcomes guests to bring their furry friends with them to enjoy a stay with us as well.
Dogs 50 pounds or smaller or a maximum of 2 dogs equaling 50 pounds per pet family may stay. Dogs must always be kept on a leash 6 feet or shorter within the premises of The Camp and are not to be left unattended in the trailer. No building of pet pens or fencing in areas at your site. No tying of your pet to any structure or tree within The Camp. A small off leash area is available to guest to use during their stay. Guests must accompany and stay with their dog at all time while in the dog park. Guest are responsible to “clean up” after their dog and all dog waist is to be properly disposed of in the dog receptacles. The Camp is not liable for any damage or injury caused to another person or animal on property and hold the dog owner responsible. Noisy, vicious, or unruly dogs are not allowed. Should your dog be larger than 50 lbs please contact the office so management can review your request to have them with you on your stay.
The Camp does not allow any exotic pets. Determined by management.
Any damaged or missing items by you or your guests that is discovered as a result of your stay, will be assessed and billed accordingly to your credit card on file. A list of all items and their associated cost can be requested from the office.
The Camp adheres to all State, county, and local laws. Tenant in the possession, use and occupancy of the Premises agrees to observe and comply with all restrictions, laws and ordinances affecting the Premises or occupancy thereof. The legal drinking and smoking age in the State of Oregon is 21 years. All park owned trailers inside of The Camp are alcohol and smoke free areas. No marijuana, medical or otherwise, maybe grown, on the premises. Miss behavior, violence, load or inappropriate conversations are now allowed. Individuals that violate these conditions will be asked to leave.
Children are welcome to say at The Camp, with that being said, children needed to be respectful of our other guests and well behaved. The Camp has limited amenities for children as we are at the heart of Central Oregon. Children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult to use the restrooms and laundry rooms. We ask parents to remain aware of their child’s behavior, as unruly and loud music or voices are not permitted in the common area.
By completing a reservation guests consent to receive marketing, promotional, and sales emails, as well as direct or automated emails regarding your stay at The Camp. Do understand that guests will receive important information pertaining to their stay by email, as such an email is required for booking a reservation.
The Camp reserves the right to refuse services to anyone and terminate your stay with use for violation of the rules and policies. It will be the responsibility of Tenants to inform their visitors of all Park terms, conditions, and park rules. By finalizing your reservation either online or in person, Tenants and their guests agree to all terms, conditions, and Park Rules laid out on this form.
